Are you ready for too much information at once? Netflix has released their 2025 slate of films, series, games, and other shenanigans (like a Tudum live event), and it’s a lot to take in. But to get straight to the point: The Old Guard 2 is finally coming! And so is Wake Up Dead Man: A Knives Out Mystery. [ed note: AAAHHHHH!!!]
The streamer released a promotional video to accompany its announcements, but instead of the usual clip reel from upcoming projects, it features an actor running through a series of scenarios that are kind of like the upcoming projects—with about three seconds from the new season of Wednesday tucked in to entice you into watching.
At any rate, here are the highlights so far, though more announcements are coming throughout the day!

He must count on friends—old and new—to solve the mystery before the hostilities between the two kingdoms escalate into all-out war.
March 14th: The Electric State (film)
Set in the aftermath of a robot uprising in an alternate version of the ’90s, The Electric State follows an orphaned teenager who ventures across the American West with a cartoon-inspired robot, a smuggler, and his sidekick in search of her younger brother.
April 3rd: Devil May Cry (animated series, pictured above)
In this animated adaptation of the popular Capcom game, and from the vision of Adi Shankar, sinister forces are at play to open the portal between the human and demon realms. In the middle of it all is Dante, an orphaned demon hunter-for-hire, unaware that the fate of both worlds hangs around his neck.
June 27th: Squid Game (series)
The third and final season of Squid Game follows Gi-hun (Lee Jung-jae) after losing his best friend in the game and being driven to utter despair by The Front Man (Lee Byung-hun), who was hiding his true identity to infiltrate the game. Gi-hun persists with his goal to put an end to the game, while the Front Man continues onto his next move and the surviving players’ choices will lead to graver consequences with each round. The world eagerly awaits to see the grand finale written and directed by Director Hwang Dong-hyuk, who has vowed to bring the epic story to its deserved closure.
July 2nd: The Old Guard 2 (film)
Andy and her team of immortal warriors return to protect humanity from a formidable new enemy who threatens their existence.
Summer: Fear Street: Prom Queen (film)
In this next installment of the blood-soaked Fear Street franchise, prom season at Shadyside High is underway and the school’s wolfpack of It Girls is busy with its usual sweet and vicious campaigns for the crown. But when a gutsy outsider puts herself in the running, and the other girls start mysteriously disappearing, the class of ’88 is suddenly in for one hell of a prom night.
Fall: Frankenstein (film)
Oscar-winning director Guillermo del Toro adapts Mary Shelley’s classic tale of Victor Frankenstein, a brilliant but egotistical scientist who brings a creature to life in a monstrous experiment that ultimately leads to the undoing of both the creator and his tragic creation.
