RespondWithLove.org is the website of America Responds
With Love®, Inc. Through this website, donors are able to pick a specific gift to be used by a specific group of people truly
in need in a specific region of the United States. Donors are able to pick the way in which they want to contribute--by check,
by money order, or by credit card. They can even donate anonymously. In most cases, donors are able to track their donation--from
an acknowledgement that money has been received to a thank you note indicating who specifically used the donation. Donors
are not contacted by direct mail or telemarketing. If donors choose to be contacted for future needs, donors are updated
through e-mail. Donors must ask to be included in any e-mail solicitation list.

America Responds With Love, Inc., is a non-profit organization that provides emergency
housing and other services to people truly in need throughout the United States. During the past 23 years, the organization
has been—for the most part—very quiet about its work. Since 1982, more than 102,000 people in emergency need have been housed
through the programs of America Responds With Love throughout the United States.
Recognized by the Internal Revenue
Service as a tax-exempt organization under Section 501(c)3 of the tax code, the corporation includes three main programs:
Respond With Love® Program, the Hotels/Motels In Partnership Program, and the Restaurants In Partnership Program. Each of
these three programs involve private sector initiatives and partnership efforts.
