CPAs, an LLC formed in September 1998, is a second generation firm, an outgrowth of 60 years of CPA services in the Denver
area. Founded by Dale M. Holben in 1945, HHH has been one of the larger and more respected local CPA firms in Denver for many
years. This reputation is the result of providing complex, high quality services to a very high quality client base. The Partners
in the Limited Liability Company are William M. Holben and Craig C. Hay. Holben Hay Balzer
acquired Husman & Company in November 2001. Husman & Company formed in 1979 as Bretzlauf & Husman Inc. Predominantly
an audit practice, Husman & Co, formerly a member of the Private Companies Practice Section of the Division of CPA Firms
of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, served a large client base including Credit Unions and Homeowner
Associations. |
